Scheduling Video Visits are now easier than ever!
Onsite Video Visits
In the InmateSales app, click Schedule Video Visitation. You will be directed to a web view of the InmateSales website where you can request access to a facility and your loved one, review facility video visitation policies, view upcoming visits, and schedule a visit.
Remote Video Visits
In the InmateSales app, click Remote Video Visitation. You will be redirected to the InmateSales-View app to complete your already scheduled video visitation. If you have not downloaded the app, you will be redirected to the App store to download the app.

- InmateSales works best when using the Google Chrome browser.
- A clear photo is required to create a video visitation and email account. Photos should be taken from the shoulders up.
- The ID you use for your video visitation and email account must be valid and match the information provided for your InmateSales account. The picture you upload should be clear and legible. Failure to do so may results in your request being denied by the facility or by InmateSales.

If you receive the Transaction ID over the phone by a Customer Service Representative or through the IVR, be sure to write it down. This number is also located in your account profile on the InmateSales app and the website (if you have an email on your account.)
