I’ve worked in corrections for over 33 years and have had my share of interaction with multiple vendors. As an administrator of a 345-bed facility, there are several things that all vendors attempt to do to keep you as a customer but only two are important to me, dependability of the equipment and the vendor’s customer service. CPC is at the top of the game in dependability. It is refreshing as an administrator pick up the phone and contact customer service and the need be met in most cases immediately. With CPC, all the needs we have experienced have been met within twenty-four hours (TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE). Their tech support is the best I’ve dealt with. Customer Service is the second most important to me. I can say without hesitation that CPC customer service is second to none. Lastly, CPC’s system is by far the most user friendly I’ve encountered being I am not tech savvy. I highly recommend Combined Public Communications.

I cannot say enough kind words about the employees of Combined Public Communications. Often in the corrections world, an official will enter a contract and then jail administration is left dealing with whatever he/she was promised. I can assure you this is not the case with CPC. They are committed to providing the best equipment, staff, support, and correctional needs. The software is simple to use but advanced enough to cover almost any issue or request.
